William and Laura Mae Divine 55th anniversary

William A. Divine and Laura Mae Divine (Witte) will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010. They were married at the First Methodist Church in Klamath Falls on Feb. 24, 1955, and have lived in Klamath Falls for more than 55 years. William worked for 36 years at Weyerhaeuser Co. until he retired and Laura Mae was a bookkeeper at Moty and Van Dyke for 27 years until she retired. They enjoy attending Veterans of Foreign Wars functions and traveling to Arizona. Their daughters and the spouses of their daughters are Marlene and Kurt Erickson of Waterford, Calif., and Charlene and Brent Moulton of Klamath Falls, who said they wish to thank their parents for “the loving example they have always shown.” They also have two grandchildren — Andrea Reynolds and her husband, David, and Amanda Erickson and two great-grandchildren Ruby and Ava.
