Drake and Rachel Fairbanks

Drake Fairbanks and Rachel Davis, currently of Klamath Falls, Oregon were married at the Box R Ranch near Ashland, Oregon on August 22, 2009. Rachel Davis, the daughter of John and Sue Davis of Anchorage, Alaska, was born and raised in Anchorage and graduated from Dimond High School in 1999. She attended the University of Alaska Anchorage and graduated with a Paralegal Certificate and Associates of Arts degree. She currently works as a paralegal assisting with family law, probate and bankruptcy cases. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, hiking, snowboarding, and camping. Drake Fairbanks, the son of Grant and Debbie Fairbanks of Bethel, Alaska was born and raised in Bethel and graduated from Bethel Regional High School in 2001. In 2004-2005 he attended the University of Alaska Anchorage majoring in civil engineering while playing basketball. He is currently enrolled in the Renewable Energy Engineering program at the Oregon Institute of Technology. He enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, river-boating and traveling. The couple looks forward to returning to Alaska in the near future. The couple will honeymoon on the Oregon coast and this summer in Alaska at the family cabin on the Holitna River.
