Robert and Valerie Stone - 30th Anniversary

Robert and Valerie Stone(Hartin) will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010. They were married on March 9, 1980 at the Baptist Church, in Tulelake, Calif. They have lived their life together in Klamath Falls for the past 30 years. Robert worked at Sturdi-Craft until retiring in 1996 and Valerie worked at the Klamath County Convalescent Center until retiring in 1988. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, and attending functions at the American Legion, where Robert runs Karaoke. They are members of the First Baptist Church, in KLamath Falls. Together, they have raised one daughter (Misty) and eight children (James, Starr, Tadd, Destiny, Robert Jr., Kim, Lori, and Dava), from previous marriages. They have 21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Robert is a talented woodworker and enjoys his garden in the summertime. Valerie enjoys music, going to the movies, and spending time with her grandkids. A celebration will be scheduled at a later date, to accommodate those who will have to travel. Thank you Mom and Dad for always setting an example of what it means to love someone in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. We love you.
