Plass 60th Wedding Anniversary

Francis and Virginia Plass of Tulelake, CA celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a traditional latin Catholic Mass and reception at St. Therese Chapel in Keno, OR on Sunday May 2, 2010. In attendance were; Father Christopher Hunter, pastor from St. Thomas Becket Church in Veneta, OR; family from as far away as Post Falls, ID; and parishioners from Medford and Lakeview, OR and Mt. Shasta, CA, as well as from Klamath Falls and Tulelake. Francis and Virginia were married January 7, 1950 at St. Mathews Catholic Church in Hillsboro, OR. They moved to Tulelake in 1957 when Francis began work at Newell Grain Elevators. They opened a two-way radio sales and service shop in Tulelake in 1964, utilizing Francis’ Naval electronics background and grew it to serve the Klamath Basin with coverage in most areas from Lakeview, OR to Yreka, CA. The business continues in family operation as Plass Communications. They raised children: Kathleen, Susan, Timothy, Christine, Stephen and they suffered loss of sons John and Andrew. They have 29 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. They are a wonderful example of an unselfish and dedicated couple who have fully lived their vows, “for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness, and in health, till death do us part.” They continue to pass on their values and heritage to their younger generation.

It might be nice if you could crop most of the walker and some of the extra background out of the 2nd picture, and maybe zoom it in a little; also it might match the first picture better that way.
I don't know if you do that sort of thing, but thought you might.
Thanks.
