The pair of Ed McClure-Bobby Thompson won one of the two first places at the weekly Tuesday morning game with a 70.84 percent score in duplicate bridge competition in Klamath Falls this past week.
The other first place was gained by the pair of Carol McClure-Laila Griffth.
The two first places at the weekly Thursday morning game were achieved by the pairs of Pat Jarschke-Jim Myers and Evelyn Duncan-Vicki Trotter.

Laila Griffith and Carol McClure were the Strata A victors in the monthly Sunday game with Randall Paul and Bobby Thompson finishing a close second. Strata B and C winners were Patti Collom and Shirley Horton.
Ed McClure didn’t participate in the Sunday game but made up for it sitting north-south on Tuesday and Thursday opposite Thompson winning twice. East-west winners on Tuesday were Mary Anning and Dixie Haring while the east-west Thursday leaders were Ruth Porterfield and Ted Gessner.

The pair of Kenny and Evelyn Duncan was second overall in Flight A and the pair of Patti Collom-Shirley Horton was first overall in Flight C.
In other duplicate bridge competition this past week, Teddy Romtvedt achieved to first places, winning one of the two first places at the weekly Thursday morning game with Evelyn Duncan and one of the weekly Tuesday morning game with Bobby Thompson.

The pair of Ed McClure-Harvey Bush was second overall in Flight A and the pair of Patti Collom-Neal Shelton was first overall in both Flight B and Flight C.
Thompson and McClure also gained one of the two first places at the weekly Thursday morning game with a 75.83 percent score. The other first place at that game ended in a tie between the pairs of Teddy Romtvedt-Keith Thorp and Rosella Wilde-Jan McClellan.

The pair of Laila Griffith-Carol McClure won two first places in duplicate bridge competition in Klamath Falls this past week.
They gained one of the two first places at both the weekly Tuesday morning and Thursday morning games. The other first place at the Tuesday morning game was achieved by the pair of Harvey Bush-Bobby Thompson and the other first place at the weekly Thursday morning game by the pair of Keith Thorp-Judy Shelton. The pair of Randall Paul and Bobby Thompson won overall first place in Flight A with at 70.37 percent score at the monthly game held by the Klamath Falls Unit of the American Contract Bridge League last Sunday afternoon.
The pair of Laila Griffith-Harvey Bush was second overall in Flight A, the pair of Bill Caldwell-Kathy Kerr was first overall in Flight B, and the pair of Patti Collom-Shirley Horton was first overall in Flight C. Paul and Thompson also gained one of the two first places at the weekly Thursday morning game and Thompson, playing with Bush, captured one of the two first places at the weekly Tuesday morning game. The other first place at the Thursday morning game was achieved by the pair of Ruth Porterfield-Ted Gessner and the other first place at the Tuesday morning game by the pair of Ruth O’Connor-Rosella Wilde.
