The bride is the daughter of Patricia and Steve Mankinen and Richard and Barbara Garbutt of Klamath Falls, Oregon. The groom is the son of Roger and Cathy Walter of Federal Way, Washington. She is a graduate of Oregon State University and is currently the marketing manager at Luwa Distributing, in Seattle Washington. He is also a graduate of Oregon State University and is a store manager for Target in Redmond, Washington. The day was filled with friends and family, and luckily no rain! They spent their honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

She is a law clerk for a U.S. District Court Judge and next fall will start a fellowship with Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger LLP, a public interest environmental law firm in San Francisco. Thom Woodard is an actuary for WellPoint, Inc. They spend their free time hiking in the mountains of California.

On Aug. 1, 2009, the Tulelake-Butte Valley Fairgrounds in Tulelake was adorned with dozens of red and white long-stemmed roses, hundreds of yards of tulle and thousands of tiny white lights that created a fairy tale like setting for the wedding of Kimberly Dawn Webb and David Verley.
They are the children of Mike and Wanda Webb, Vicki and her husband John Adair, and Dave and Lyssa Verley.
